October Saturday 10th 2015 - Mirrool Silo Kick Challenge. In his book 'Travels Down Under' Bill Bryson dubbed this of Australia's most querky and iconic events. Hundreds decend on the sleepy town of Mirrool (about 25 inhabitants, if you count the dogs). The yearly challenge is to see who can kick a ball clean over the massive grain silos. The view from the pub, the food, the fun tension, make this a must see event. Free camping opposite the pub, childrens challenge and play area.

November Saturday 21st 2015 Warbirds Street Fest.– Get ready for the biggest street festival Temora has ever seen! Warbirds Street Fest is proudly brought to you by the Temora Business Enterprise Group (TBEG) with the support of Temora Shire Council. The event will take place after the Temora Aviation Museum’s Warbirds Downunder Airshow 2015 from 5.30pm to 9pm on Saturday 21st November.

Warbirds Street Fest will create a carnival atmosphere and attract thousands of airshow spectators and locals to Hoskins Street, which will be pedestrian only access between the roundabouts on Victoria and Parkes Streets.

The event, which replaces the Light Up Christmas Fair this year, will include market stalls, late night shopping, a live music stage, shearing demonstrations, whip cracking, kids playzone, street buskers, pony rides, competitions, food stalls, chocolate wheel... and so much more!.
